Vinyl collar pad. The 'horse' side of the pad is black vinyl. The 'collar' side is a black woven material. The pad has a strong nylon reinforcing center of 1 1/16" foam with a vinyl coating. The pad actually helps to heal a sore shoulder as sweat will not penetrate into pad which keeps the horses shoulder drier. Pad is washable and easy to keep clean. The pad is held securely to the collar with four clips.
